Catalogue and marketplace management is important to e-commerce businesses as it enables them to sell products and services across multiple marketplaces. In 2023, e-commerce managers gave insight into their satisfaction levels of catalogue and marketplace management. 40 percent of them were satisfied, while less than ten percent were completely satisfied. More than 35 percent of respondents were neutral with their satisfaction level of the marketplace management that their company offered.

To produce this report, more than 500 operators with e-commerce services offered to Italian merchants were analyzed.
Direct interviews were conducted with 64 companies in nine different service vendor categories, and 87 brands and retailers.ds and retailers.
