Smer - SD of the former Prime Minister Robert Fico won the 2023 election to the National Council of the Slovak Republic in almost all of the Slovak regions with the exception of Bratislava Region won by Progressive Slovakia (PS). Slovaks abroad massively voted for PS as well.
