As of March 2024, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka led the ranking of central banks with the largest annual increases in international reserves assets. The central bank saw an 87 percent increase in its reserve assets between March 2023 and March 2024. The Bank of South Sudan ranked second, with an increase of 86 percent.

Figures were calculated using year-on-year figures between March 2023 and March 2024. Where these data were unavailable, annual changes from the latest reported data were registered.
