Most respondents expected the service operation aspect of business to most likely decrease in employees in 2023. Decrease was widely considered to be the most likely aspect of generative AI adoption, though little or no change was also an expected outcome. Increase in staff needs due to generative aI adoption was considerably lower than expectations of decreased employee levels.
