Based on self-submitted car history reports, used cars from Model Year 1999 and 2022 were most likely to have their odometers rolled back in Latvia, with around 35 and 32.5 percent of these cars including odometer fraud in their car history. In contrast, the lowest rate of odometer fraud was recorded for cars from the Model Year 2020.
