According to a survey on social media advertising conducted by Rakuten Insight in July 2023, approximately 59 percent of respondents in Singapore indicated that they found advertisements developed by customer reviews to be the most influential among social media advertisements. Meanwhile, seven percent of respondents did not find any type of social media ads impactful.
