Americans' beliefs on why they feel they do not belong/are not accepted 2024, by race
According to a survey conducted in 2024, 72 percent of Black Americans said that they felt like they did not belong or are not accepted in the United States due to having experienced discrimination and/or violence because of their race, ethnicity, or religion. 60 percent of Asian Americans, 58 percent of Hispanic Americans, and 28 percent of White Americans also shared this belief in that year.
