According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who processed banking matters on PC or laptop was 52 percent. Dealing with banking matters online remained the most popular method, despite the dropping usage in recent years. Mobile banking via smartphone or tablet was the second most common method, while less than a third of respondents used branch banking to deal with banking matters.
