Turkey's harmonized consumer price index showed a gradual increase from January 2018 to January 2023. In January 2018, the consumer price index for all items totaled 126.76 points, whereas it increased significantly to 498.51 points in April 2023 in comparison with the index year of 2015.

Harmonized index of consumer price (HICP) - All items, 2015=100 Not seasonally adjusted data Harmonized indices of consumer prices (HICPs) give comparable measures of inflation for the countries and country groups they are produced. They are economic indicators that measure the change over time of the prices of consumer goods and services acquired by households i.e. they are a set of consumer price indices (CPIs) calculated according to a harmonised approach and a single set of definitions.
The main index reference period currently used is 2015. (2015=100) This data was obtained from the Eurostat database with code EI_CPHI_M
