One in two professionals working at manufacturing companies stated e-commerce is the target area for digital transformation, a survey from 2023 revealed. The same percentage of respondents mentioned customer portals, while only digital services seemed to be more relevant, with 52 percent of business-to-business (B2B) respondents prioritizing this field.
