Adult consumers in the U.S. would primarily like to try cultivated meat because of their curiosity around the innovation. Roughly two-thirds of respondents to a recent survey named curiosity and novelty as reasons for giving cell-based meat a try. Other popular drivers were the environment, animal welfare, and global food security.
