During a survey conducted in May 2022 in the United States, 48 percent of consumers mentioned joining a brand's loyalty program to express their devotion to a brand or company. The share was slightly higher among Millennials and Gen Xers, at 49 percent. For Baby Boomers, the share felt to 44 percent.
