In a survey conducted in the United States in October 2022, it was found that Spotify's paid subscription was the entertainment service the least likely to be considered for cancelation, with 77 percent of respondents saying that they never thought of unsubscribing from that service. On the other hand, the service most likely to be considered for cancelation was UBISOFT+, with 32 percent of its subscribers saying they regularly thought of canceling the service.
