In December 2022, seven percent of respondents in Wales planned to challenge themselves to following a vegan diet during Janaury of 2023. This put Wales just in front of London and Scotland where six percent stated that they want to attempt Veganuary. The English average was at three percent. Participants in the North of England were more likely to be undecided than participants from any other region.
