A survey conducted in the third quarter of 2023 in Indonesia revealed search engines were the leading source for brand discovery among Indonesian internet users, as suggested by 40.5 percent of the respondents. Advertisement on social media followed as the second most popular way to discover a brand among internet users in the country, with 36.2 percent of respondents saying so.
