According to a survey conducted in China in April 2022, around one in three parents with children aged between 12 and 18 years old were worried about their children being not energetic enough. Almost one in four parents had concerns over their children's lack of sleep.

Respondents were parents or guardians of children aged 3 to 18 years.
Among 1200 respondents, 400 were parents of children in kindergarten, 400 were parents of primary school pupils and 400 were parents of secondary school or high school students.
