According to a global survey conducted between July and August 2022, some 57 percent of respondents aged between 16 and 34 believed that climate change's effects on their local area were either very or somewhat severe. The same survey revealed that Mexican respondents were the most concerned about the severity of climate change effects in the area they lived.
