From 2010 to 2019, the number of initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange fluctuated. After that period, sharp increases were recorded for the number of deals. The largest jump in number of IPOs was in 2021 when deal volume peaked at 753. In the following years, however, the number of IPOs decreased and amounted to 125 in 2023.
