A survey from 2019 to 2021 in India revealed, the share of children from 12 to 23 months who had received basic vaccinations increased from 62 percent at the time of National Family Health Survey (NFHS) 4 to 77 percent by the time of NFHS-5. Moreover, the share of children receiving no vaccinations declined significantly from 2015 to 2021.
