In 2022, gender diversity in the U.S. workforce of Citigroup varied across job category. The highest share of female employees was among the administrative support workers, where more than 72.4 percent of the employees were female. Among the professionals, technicians, and sales workers, the share of female employees was approximately 45 percent. The share of female employees was the lowest among the first and mid-level officials and managers, and the executive and senior officials and managers, where 41.4 percent and 41.7 percent of the employees were female, respectively.
