According to a survey conducted in China in 2021, 42.5 percent of surveyed business travelers hoped that the company could remind them or provide with COVID-19-related information and offer more employee care. The second most wished improvement was business travel payments to be made by the company, so that employees would not need to pay in advance and then apply for reimbursement.
