In 2023, gender diversity in the U.S. workforce of Bank of America varied across job categories. The share of female employees was highest in the administrative support segment, where approximately 69.5 percent of the employees were women. With 52.4 percent, the majority of the first and mid-level officials and managers were also female. In terms of professionals, the share of female employees was around 39 percent.
