According to a survey on experienced mental well being issues in the MENA region in 2021, around 40 percent of the respondents are going through a stressful period in their lives. In comparison around 38 percent of the respondents claimed to not have enough close friends or relationships.
According to a survey on workplace mental health in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in 2021, 40 percent of respondents stated that they were going through a stressful phase. The number of respondents stating that they have suffered from a mental health illness has increased to ten percent compared to eight percent in the previous year.
