In May 2022, approximately two out of three people living in Canada were expected to work exclusively on-site in the next three months. However, this proportion varied significantly depending on the industry. The accommodation and food services, manufacturing, and agriculture sectors were expected to have the most workers working on-site. In contrast, in the information and cultural sectors, and among scientific and technical services occupations, more than a third of people planned to work exclusively or mainly remotely.
