Like many other sectors, Canadian police services had to adapt in response to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The most common measure implemented by these services was to adjust training methods (88 percent). More than three-quarters of police services also made changes to their workspace layout and the way they handled suspects in cells.
