Ukraine was estimated to have the largest share of digital in the total advertising spending among countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), followed by Estonia and Croatia. In 2024, online ads accounted for almost 80 percent of Ukraine's total advertising expenditure. To compare, in Poland, this share stood at 56 percent. Among the countries in the region, the lowest portion was recorded in Serbia at just over 45 percent.
