In the United States, the majority of the Gen Z participants polled in a recent study stated that they considered diversity and inclusion as the most important brand values when shopping for beauty products. Around 19 percent of the surveyed Gen Z shoppers of them chose sustainability as the most important brand value to take into consideration when making purchases.
