In a survey conducted in Southeast Asian countries in November and December 2021, more than 93 percent of the respondents from Myanmar evaluated their government's performance during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic poorly or very poorly. In contrast, around 98 percent of the respondents from Brunei rated their government's COVID-19 policies to have been either good or adequate.
