As a survey conducted in Germany in 2019 shows, about 50 percent of job candidates belonging to the generation Z, that is, candidates born between 1997 and 2004 in this case, believe that the digitalization of the work application process will render the search for work more easy. Further 37.4 percent also hoped that the digitalization of this process will allow them to be treated more fairly.
