In February 2024, the European Union imported roughly 4.2 billion cubic meters of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the United States. This was an increase compared to the previous month and only slightly lower than the peak recorded in November 2023. The United States has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of LNG to Europe.
