According to a survey on shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2023, 61 percent of Indonesian respondents stated that they were planning to or had already shopped online and also in brick-and-mortar shops during the holiday shopping period. Meanwhile, 37 percent of them preferred to do their holiday shopping exclusively online.
