According to the source, partial school closures are an arrangement in which public schools are kept open for grade levels with important exams, namely the highest grades of primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary school. Additionally, some schools implemented a student rotation system. Thus, it is assumed that all students except for those in the previously mentioned grades are affected by partial lockdowns.
