According to a survey conducted in the United States in November 2022, six percent of respondents stated to have watched the streaming option offered with advertising by service Discovery+ every day in the month prior to the survey. The survey did not find any significant deviation in the daily use based on gender, but women were slightly more likely to not have used this streaming option at all.
First launched in India in March 2020, the over-the-top video streaming platform focuses on factual as well as original programming and is now also available in the U.S. and several European countries.
