According to a survey conducted in Algeria, the main recruitment challenge faced by enterprises in the first quarter of 2021 was the scarcity of relevant profiles and/or skills. This was cited by 56 percent of the respondents. In addition, 36 percent of the companies considered the lack of experience of the candidates a relevant challenge when recruiting, while 28 percent had difficulties in finding the right match between candidates' education and company needs.
