Trust in the press in Brazil 2021
As of July 2021, more than one out of five – 21 percent of – people surveyed in Brazil stated that they completely trusted the press. Whereas 24 percent of respondents said they did not trust the press very much, 13 percent said they did not trust it at all. Between 2011 and 2021, the share of internet users who trusted traditional media in Brazil decreased by 18 percentage points.
