Most common method of ordering food delivery in Japan 2022
According to a survey conducted in October 2022 in Japan, 42.8 percent of food delivery users ordered their meals via the website or phone application of the respective restaurant. This was the most common way of ordering food in that year and it was the first time in this biannual survey that calling directly to the restaurant was not the most commonly used method.
