According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2021 among South Koreans on their plans to unsubscribe from streaming services in the next three months, almost 15.4 percent of respondents between 16 and 24 years old were planning to cancel their subscription. Users between 45 and 54 years old were the least likely to cancel, with only 11.61 percent of respondents of that age group answering that way.
