An unclear delivery time would a decisive factor for over 40 percent of respondents to cancel their non-food online orders in Russia in 2021. If an online food order would be delivered later than two to four hours, every fifth customer would cancel their order, according to a survey conducted in the summer of 2021.

The original survey question was worded as follows: «При какой скорости доставки вы можете отказаться от заказа?»
Most of the polled respondents were residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region or Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
