Number of teachers in primary education in Egypt 2016-2019
As of 2019, primary school teaching staff in Egypt reached around 530.7 thousand teachers. This represented a drop from nearly 534 thousand in the preceding year. Moreover, the number of primary school teachers fluctuated in the observed period, peaking in 2018 while was at its lowest in 2016.
