A survey carried out in 2020 among retailers showed that the adoption of Radio Frequency Identification enabled them to offer a higher number of omnichannel experiences to their customers. Over 66 percent of retailers adopting or piloting the use of RFID tagging in their business activities could offer more than five omnichannel services to their consumers.
