Leading reasons for consumers from small cities and towns to shop online China 2021
According to a survey among e-commerce users from China's third to fifth-tier cities in 2021, around 38.9 percent of respondents said they shopped online because it has a wide variety of goods to choose from. Meanwhile, about 28.2 percent of respondents stated that the guaranteed product authenticity is the leading reason for choosing e-commerce.
