French TV channels have been buying less hours of audiovisual works supported by the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée in 2019 than in 2018. In fact, they had bought 4,761 hours in 2018 and 4,251 in 2019. The France Télévisions group bought the most hours both years, with 1,855 hours in 2019. This year, they were followed by the TF1 group, which bought 566 hours.
