French TV channels have been buying slightly more hours of animation works supported by Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée in 2019 than in 2018. The total number of hours bought in 2019 was 285. The France Télévisions group bought the most hours of animation works both years, with 129 hours in 2019, followed by Canal+ which bought 53 hours that year.
