Book consumer behavior post lockdown India 2020
A survey conducted in 2020 indicated that since the imposition of the lockdown, book consumers in India increased their reading time, with around 58 percent of them spending an additional seven hours or more per week on reading. Prior to the lockdown, Indian readers spent an average of nine hours per week on reading books. India underwent multiple lockdowns between mid-March and July 2020.
