According to a survey conducted in April 2021, 40 percent of respondents in Indonesia stated that they exercised around two to four times a week during the pandemic. Restrictions caused by the pandemic has made it difficult to work out or exercise due to closures of sporting facilities, causing people to find alternatives such as jogging and cycling.
