As of 2022, Kenya counted roughly 562.5 thousand students enrolled in Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET), nearly four times more than in 2013, when the initiative was established. Since that year, the number of students attending the upper-secondary qualification program, as well as the count of TVET institutions, has been keeping an upward trend in the country.
