GDP growth rate of the education sector in Ghana 2014-2023
As of the first half of 2023, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the education sector in Ghana registered an average growth of 7.3 percent. In the previous year, the sector registered a GDP growth rate of 10.2 percent, up from 2.3 percent in 2016. Overall, the education sector was among the industries in the services sector that recorded the highest growth rates in the country.
