According to a survey conducted in Canada in 2020, 17 percent of nurses were highly satisfied with the electronic record keeping system they use in their main care settings, this was a significant increase from nine percent in 2017. Although the share of nurse who were very dissatisfied with EMRS grew from eight percent in 2017 to 13 percent in 2020.
