A global study on journalism revealed that 29 percent of journalists submitted 10 or more posts per week. With such a high workload, journalists are left with less time for thorough research, and as such the source noted the benefits of providing journalists with as many facts, details, citations, and accompanying pictures as possible in pitches in order to assist them in creating quality and timely content.
