According to a study conducted between February and March 2021, 44 percent of the African businesses that took part in the survey had a rather pessimistic view in the short run that revenue contraction would occur. On the other hand, only 19 percent predicted revenue growth. However, as more time passed a more optimistic view can be recognized with 63 percent of the businesses predicting revenue growth after 12 months.
